The Cheetah technology is completely different than any other high performance boat ever built. The finished product demonstrates an incredible air-suspension style ride that is a direct result of the design technology, combined with the KRYPTON® Infused SP Systems epoxies and Core-Cell® materials that are calculated and engineered into the laminate system to produce a properly balanced machine that exhibits an aircraft like feel while running, even in the rough water.

Extensive attention to detail is given throughout the entire build process, allowing the Cheetah to perform as calculated. The days of guessing at performance, laminate ratios and material weight is long gone - well, at least for the Cheetah team of builders. Many builders still use the "guess & wait" format, but the Cheetah stands out above and beyond for those who seek a 21st century machine that performs at the ultimate level.
 
The existing Cheetah technology has evolved from the first Koss built composite catamaran in 1986 and put to the ultimate test during a high speed roll-over in a racing event in Key West - the boats structure and composite panels were unscathed - the only damage was a few decals peeled off!
 
Today, real world material testing is performed right in OUR workplace with the associated laboratories, using only those values and physicals for that project. Example - Epoxy, while most builders are talking to sales people, we are communicating with the company's laboratory and research chemists to insure that everything that is being evaluated is exceeding the highest standards and meeting the approval of Lloyds and ABS.

The Cheetah built boats are the truest example of a real engineered, hand crafted, custom built offshore high performance powerboat.
